The race in Muppet-shô widens and counts to this midday 5 candidates, thanks to Marimo which is invited in extremis to the festival! Susanoo inserts the nail with 5 points today and confirms its position of leader with 62 points, while having choked competition in the last period: 15 points acquired on 18 possibles.

NAGOYA BASHO 2007 - Day 14
No large score today : we culminate to 4/6. The leader benefits from it to accentuate his advance and will be hard to go to seek tomorrow. The event of the day is without possible dispute the 0/6 of our headlight of the banzuke, the komusubi, and maybe the shin-sekiwake in september, Kotononami(tsuki).

3 - Kitano 53 pts
Knowing that the fourth are at 50, the yusho will be played between these three !

Imumaru should not too much celebrate its "perfect", that does not succeed to him: 1/6 today. Much cramming today with Susanoo in a state of grace which touches the perfect and only seizes the head. Fûsage (Fuseigou) was worthy of its title by joining the club of the perfect. Cheer with you two.
The trio remains the same one, only the order changes:

Still large variations : from 1 to single 6/6 by Imumaru whom is placed for hunting a sansho.
The trio of head continues its set of musical chairs and Ulsimitsuki takes again the first place with one point in advance on Kitano (2°) and Susanoo (3°).
We change the sekitori for the last time ; the final sprint is launched !

NAGOYA BASHO 2007 - Day 11
We failed to have of all today ! But we miss one 5/6...
Misfortune to Itachi : he joined the club of Muppet-sho candidates and great cheer to Fayme and Kitano for their perfects of the day. Susanoo confirms that it is in full form on this end of basho, since it has just seized the head from the all alone classification.

3 - Kitano 43 pts (thanks to its perfect!)

NAGOYA BASHO 2007 - Day 10
It has hard-bound in all the directions for this day 10 : surprises on all the sides and results with great amplitude : of 1 to single 6 for Chimatayama.
Fatakiyama leaves the provisional podium to the profit of Kotononami(tsuki) ;)
The very good operation of the day is for Susanoo which returns at the level of the leader:

Here we are ! It is enough to raise the tone to see better things... Good, it is not perfect but, at least, you give pleasure to the "sages"...
The scores are going from 1 to 6 for Kana-San and Charliki. Cheer with them two, they join the very closed "Perfects Club" (sansho in the end, if kachi-koshi).

Today, it is a record of nullity !!! The best of the day made 5... You believe what there ? It is not the holidays !!! Wake up !!! Good... a great cheer to Ulsimitsuki five 4/6, history of saying... Good, I have a bad news for Damimonay: it has just stood as a candidate for obtaining Muppet-sho. Shame on him.
Less than 3 points of average today, will be necessary to think of applying you a little more than that !!!

NAGOYA BASHO 2007 - Day 7
The first perfects (6/6) arrived in mass for the beginning of this third period. They are works of Ganzohnesushi, Fatakiyama, Takashido, Doitsuyama and Abudisage.
This blow, after the false advertisement of yesterday, the leader changes since the new trio of head is composed of :
1 - Fatakiyama 30 pts
2 - Ulsimitsuki 29 pts
3 - Doitsuyama 27 pts
It should be noted that Kintamayama is at the head for Fus' Award and 26°/29 for Abu's Award... which Fatakiyama for the moment can assert...

NAGOYA BASHO 2007 - Day 6
It's moving in the front, the rookie Ulsimitsuki leader finally yielded following its passage with Baruto. Today the scores are rather good on average with an avalanche of 5/6 (Kasamatsuri, Shikoree, Ganzohnesushi, Fatakiyama & Susanoo), but still no perfect.
The new trio of head:
1 - Fatakiyama 24
2 - Shikoree 23
3 - Terarno 23
But, there is still people with 23 behind.... it's pushing and nothing is played!!

Still no perfect... It afflicts me... I will prescribe you a small number of shiko to do in order to perfect your condition...
Six 5/6 today for Kintamayama, Damimonay, Terarno, Charliki, Fatakiyama and Kasamatsuri, which repositions 'easily' without making noise...
"Go work !!!" Tomorrow evening, we'll change the foalta...

NAGOYA BASHO 2007 - Day 4
The Baruto effect thus will pass from some ones to others. It will be the case of the leader who played the Estonian winner for his second period... The pack benefits from it to approach a little. It should be noted that Fayme and the "sages" (Abudisake & Fuseigou) had the hollow nose to play Baruto loser at the end of the basho... "Lunch time !!!" Still no perfect but some 5/6 for Kintamayama, Marimo, Neko, Shikoree, Konosato, Fatakiyama, Kitano, Kotononami, and the Abudisage (Abudisake). Imumaru actuated the hand brake as well as our red lantern with modest 2/6 (worse score of the day).

As the Fûsage underlined so well, Baruto finished torturing its supporters first period...
No large blows today and, fact which will remains certainly single, no perfect over this first period. Only one 5/6 is to put in the active of the leader and rookie Ulsimitsuki. Useless to specify that he flies away in the general classification.

2 - Imumaru with 11 pts
3 - Kitano with 11 pts

Today, it is not terrible!!! You will finish by accustoming us ... Good, there are nevertheless four 5/6, which comforts me a little (Fatakiyama, Susanoo, Kotononami & Ulsimitsuki), but, the event of the day, and it is always a great pleasure for me of announcing it: ONE HOLDS ONE OF THEM!!!! Eh yes, Muppet-sho, it is official, will be allotted for this basho. For the moment, the happy holder is the Swiss Whiskytsumi whom I congratulate as of now to be positioned as my successor, thanks to his splendid 0/6 of the second day...
Respect to the trio leaders, who are at 8 points with in the order:

2 - Holleshoryu
3 - Susanoo
Must I point out my permanent chauvinism or you also noticed the absence of French-speaking people in this trio...

NAGOYA BASHO 2007 - Day 1
A Hecatomb!! where it is, it seems, easiest to touch the points, the forecasters planted themselves in beauty.
No perfect (6/6) and no 5/6 either! Only 4 clairvoyants touch 4 points (Mmikasazuma, Fûsage, Doitsuyama and Holleshoryu). It will be necessary to apply a little more if you want to appear honestly in the final classification...
